Hang Hockey Equipment From Clothesline Are "old School" NHL Players Tougher Than "new Rules" Players?

Are "old school" NHL players tougher than "new rules" players? - hang hockey equipment from clothesline

Can we really compare Datsyuk Bure?
The man I spoke with my friends on this issue. Ok think this way ... with new rules (game is less physical and fast goals / points) and new equipment (pads Super Light / Stick a piece of) people like Roenick and Bure played in the NHL would age and more than 500 goals. Do not forget that people like Yzerman, Gilmour, Andreychuk, etc., etc. Selanne, delivered over an open ice hit by Scott Stevens fighting, coupling and operation. They were not with the power play after power play Oppurtunities blessed. As in the league of 19 years was a success! Play Today, there are about 6 guys 19, Hawks drafted only one. Think Lemieux play through his injuries at the time. Scho Unfortunately (because I'm oldol), I heard many comments from fans on the players likely to play beyond his cousin said, blocking, etc., etc.-Roenick-Man is getting the man and took his 500 to play hockey after this kind of tough and difficult

Under the terms of the old school must go much further than the 90s. Players of the 40's, 50's and 60's were much, much more difficult for modern players. They had almost no equipment, no doctors, they say not to play, and usually plays with bruises and other injuries.

Even just the goalkeeper. Even now at 93 Roy v. Giguere. The team is 3 times as large.

But still - the hockey players are the toughest athletes in major sports. For example, was - in the past year Fedoruk knocked out (I think that the impact of the orbital bone broken). He waved off a stretcher and walked on the ice. Dwayne Wade in the NBA is separated from the shoulder and pushed in a wheelchair crying (and before any flames me - I mildly separated my shoulder playing goalie in a league of roles and not) from the game.

Today's reader has been offered better opportunities to score (with the best team and the game is still open), but must cope with the large team goalkeeper. The installation of the instigator rule has played so dirty hockey more often because the salary is not so fast.

But it always has 18 to 19 years teams. It could start the fourth line, but they did. This part has not changed much.

Today's race is different.

Both are difficult in different ways, and we need both. - Hopefully it will stay that way.
